Canal 20 is a run along the Tow Path from Newry to Portadown. It's a 20mile run on tarmac paths following the canal.

Prizes for the top 3 male and female competitors to finish. Medals and t'shirts for everyone.
We will have water stops at 5-10-15mile and at the finish, are events are NO TRACE which mean you don't through any litter down. please put it in a bin, there are loads of them along the router leave it at a water stop, please.

We will have a medic at the event if anyone needs one.
The race will be timed by Championship
